Paul Sullivan is the Broker and Owner of Sullivan Hill Country Properties and has spent more than 20 years helping people buy and sell real estate across Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, and the Hill Country. For Paul, this isn’t just a market, it’s home. His connection to Canyon Lake goes back to childhood summers at his grandparents’ lake house, and today he and his family live the same Hill Country lifestyle he helps his clients find. Over his career, Paul has personally sold more than a thousand properties in Comal County and has sold more properties by transaction count than any other individual agent in the county. That experience has given him a feel for the market that only comes from decades in the field, through changing conditions, evolving neighborhoods and generations of buyers and sellers. Paul pairs that with straightforward advice, strong negotiation and an extensive knowledge of Canyon Lake and the Hill Country. His approach is simple. Tell clients what they need to know, not just what they might want to hear. Work hard on their behalf and treat every transaction as if it were his own. As a longtime Canyon Lake resident, she knows the area well and is committed to helping her clients buy or sell with confidence. Risa joined Sullivan Hill Country Properties in March 2020. Her approach to real estate is simple: work hard, communicate openly, pay attention to the details, and always put her clients first. Andrea "Andi" Huibregtse is an Associate Broker with Sullivan Hill Country Properties and has been lucky enough to call the Canyon Lake area both home and the center of her real estate career for many years.

Her background in real estate is a little different. Before joining Sullivan Hill Country Properties, Andrea spent years working in residential construction and development, including helping bring many custom homes in the Canyon Lake area from the planning stages all the way through construction. That experience gave her a great understanding of homes, land, building, and all of the little things that can come up along the way.

But her favorite part of real estate has always been the people. Andrea loves getting to know her clients, figuring out what they’re really looking for, and helping make what can sometimes be a stressful process feel a whole lot easier.
