LOT 16 N Scenic Hills Ct, Blanco, TX 78606

Property Description

One of the things that makes this 5-acre lot in Majestic Hills Ranch unique is its elevation. The way the property lays out gives you the opportunity to build a home with a walkout basement and take advantage of some incredible Hill Country views. The lot already has a water well drilled, which is another big plus when planning your future homesite. Majestic Hills Ranch is a gated community just outside of Blanco, known for its rolling hills, mature oak trees, native vegetation and abundant wildlife, including free-roaming blackbuck and oryx. The wildlife throughout the community also allows for the agricultural wildlife exemption currently in place on this property. The community offers paved private roads and a park with a spring-fed swimming hole, pond, sports court, picnic areas and the Homestead House for residents and their guests. Majestic Hills is also a designated Dark Sky Community, so you can enjoy some pretty incredible night skies and views of the stars. Just minutes from downtown Blanco, you'll have easy access to the Blanco River, local restaurants, shops, galleries and everything else the Hill Country has to offer. The Texas Wine Trail, vineyards and other Hill Country destinations are also nearby, with Austin and San Antonio approximately 45 minutes away. Lot 16 gives you 5 acres to build and enjoy your own piece of the Hill Country, with a setting that offers something a little different than your typical homesite. Boundary lines in the pictures are approximate and should be verified. Buyers are welcome to walk the property to get a better idea of the layout and boundaries. There are 10-foot-tall PVC pipes marking the rear property boundaries.
